Information we receive

This website does not currently provide an account-registration form or an online medical-intake form. We may receive information in the following ways:

• Information you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, coupon request, order details, questions or other information submitted through our coupon form or sent by phone, text message, social media or in person.
• Basic website and device activity, such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, browser or device type, referral source and interactions with call or text buttons.
• Transaction information processed in person or by a third-party payment or ordering provider. Broadway Nutrition does not ask you to send full payment-card numbers by ordinary text message.

How we use information

• Respond to questions and prepare or confirm requested orders.
• Process first-visit coupon requests, preserve original issuance and expiry, and record redemption. Optional coupon-text consent is separate from claiming the on-screen coupon.
• Operate, secure and improve the website and customer experience.
• Measure advertising performance and understand which pages or promotions are useful.
• Comply with applicable law, prevent misuse and protect our rights and customers.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand activity such as pages viewed, referral source, approximate location derived from an IP address, device or browser type, and interactions with the site. Google processes this information under its own privacy terms.

The site also contains the Meta Pixel, which may use cookies or similar technology to record activity such as a page view or a click on a call or text link. We use this information to measure campaigns and may use it to support advertising to audiences on Meta services. Meta processes information under its own privacy terms.

Depending on applicable law, this activity may be treated as sharing personal data or processing personal data for targeted advertising. You can limit cookies through your browser, use Meta's advertising controls, or contact us with a privacy request. Blocking technology may affect measurement but should not prevent you from viewing the public pages.

When information may be shared

We may share information with service providers that help operate communications, hosting, analytics, advertising, payment or ordering functions; when you direct us to do so; when required by law; or as part of a business transfer. We do not knowingly sell sensitive personal data or biometric data.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, operational records and legal obligations. No system is completely secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information we handle.

Your choices and requests

Children and changes

The website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We may revise this policy when our practices or legal obligations change; the updated date at the top will show the latest revision.

Optional coupon SMS program

Broadway Nutrition is preparing an optional program to deliver one requested $3-off first-visit coupon by text. SMS delivery is not active yet and will begin only after number verification and activation. The coupon remains available immediately on screen without SMS consent.

For this program, we will use the phone number, optional name, coupon request and consent record to deliver the requested coupon and manage opt-out or help requests. Consent is voluntary, is not a condition of purchase, and does not enroll you in recurring marketing texts.

For this SMS program, we will not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose the information needed to service providers that support message delivery, consent records, opt-outs and program support, solely to perform those services for us and not for their own marketing. This program-specific restriction applies despite the general sharing description above.
